Artemisia Absinthium

Artemisia absinthium (absinthium, absinthe wormwood, wormwood, common wormwood, or grand wormwood) is a species of wormwood, native to temperate regions of Eurasia and northern Africa.

Psychactive Properties
Wormwood, Artemisia absinthium has been used for centuries to make a green colored alcoholic drink called Absinthe which is illegal in most countries these days. It has been said that the famous painter Vincent van Gogh was under the influence of absinthe when he sliced his ear off and sent it to a woman.
